How to claim a $10 cash back voucher:

Step 1:

Simply buy any two (2) BabyLove® Crawler Nappy Pants packs (barcode number: 9312818003120) at Woolworths, selected Coles, selected Independent Supermarkets or selected pharmacies between 9:00 AEDT on 20/2/2011 and 17:00 AEST on 30/4/2011.

Step 2:

Send in both original barcodes of the Eligible Purchase with your full name, postal address and supermarket Voucher preference (Woolworths or Coles Supermarket) to BabyLove® Crawler Nappy Pants Cash Back Promotion, Reply Paid 86019, Dingley, Victoria 3172 to be received by the Promoter by last mail on 30/4/2011.

Conditions of Offer

  1. Information on how to claim a $10 cash back voucher (Voucher) form part of these Conditions of Offer. Submission of a claim in this BabyLove® Offer (Offer) is deemed to be an acceptance of these Conditions of Offer.
  2. Offer commences on 20/2/2011 at 9:00 AEDT and closes at 17:00 AEST on 30/4/2011 or when all Vouchers have been claimed (whichever is the earlier) (Offer Period).
  3. Offer is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older (Claimants). The directors, management and employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its related entities, printers, suppliers, providers, agencies or companies associated with this Offer, are ineligible to claim.
  4. To claim a Voucher, Claimants must, during the Offer Period:
    • buy any two (2) BabyLove® Crawler Nappy Pants packs (barcode number: 9312818003120) at Woolworths, selected Coles, selected Independent Supermarkets or selected pharmacies (Eligible Purchase); and
    • post both original barcodes of the Eligible Purchase with their full name, postal address and supermarket voucher preference (Woolworths or Coles Supermarket ) (Voucher Preference) to BabyLove® Crawler Nappy Pants Cash Back Promotion, Reply Paid 86019, Dingley, Victoria 3172, to be received by the Promoter by last mail on 30/4/2011.
  5. A maximum of one (1) Voucher claim may be made per household. Each barcode is valid for use once only, and must be original. Photocopies or images of barcodes will not be accepted. Barcodes must be from BabyLove® Crawler Nappy Pants size packs (barcode number: 9312818003120). Barcodes from any other BabyLove® products are not valid.
  6. Voucher claims are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter. Incomplete, inaccurate, erroneous, ineligible or incomprehensible Voucher claims will be deemed invalid. Voucher claims received will be considered final by the Promoter. Voucher claims must be received by the Promoter by last mail on 30/4/2011. The Promoter and its associated agencies or companies accept no responsibility for lost, late, stolen, damaged or misdirected Voucher claims..
  7. Up to a total of 10,000 Vouchers may be claimed. The Promoter will award a Voucher in the form of Woolworths or Coles Supermarket vouchers, depending on a Claimant's Voucher Preference nominated in their Voucher claim. Vouchers must be redeemed by expiry date on Voucher. Total Voucher pool value is up to a maximum of $100,000. Vouchers are subject to the prevailing terms and conditions associated with the Vouchers and are not replaceable if lost or stolen. Vouchers are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Provision of Vouchers is subject to availability and is based on reasonably anticipated demand. Claimants should allow up to six (6) weeks for delivery of a Voucher.
  8. Each Claimant must retain and may be required to present proof of the Eligible Purchase in order to claim a Voucher. A Claimant may be required to provide proof of purchase for all claims made. If a Claimant is unable to provide proof of purchase for all claims made within the required timeframes, then all claims of that Claimant will be ineligible and deemed invalid. Proof of purchase includes showing the original and/or providing a photocopy of the store receipt for the Eligible Purchase made during the Offer Period.
  9. The use of any automated entry software or any mechanical, electronic or other means that allows a Claimant to process multiple Voucher claims or claim Vouchers repeatedly is prohibited and will render all Voucher claims submitted by that Claimant invalid.
  10. Claimants can only claim in their own name. Claimants who provide incorrect, misleading or fraudulent information are ineligible to participate in the promotion and all claims of a Claimant that are deemed by the Promoter to have incorrect, misleading or fraudulent information may, at the discretion of the Promoter, be deemed invalid. The Promoter reserves the right to request the Claimant produce (within the requested time) appropriate photo identification or other documentation (to the Promoter's satisfaction, to be determined in its sole discretion) in order to confirm the Claimant's identity, age, eligibility to participate and claim the Voucher, and any information submitted by the Claimant in participating in the Offer, before issuing the Voucher. If the documentation required by the Promoter is not received by the Promoter, or a Claimant or Voucher claim has not been verified or validated to the Promoter's satisfaction, then all the claims of that Claimant will be ineligible and deemed invalid.
  11. If a Voucher becomes unavailable, for any reason beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, then a comparable voucher of equal value will be awarded in lieu.
  12. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies are not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (including but not limited to that arising from any person's negligence) in connection with taking, or using, a Voucher, except any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law). The Promoter and its agents associated with this promotion take no responsibility for any part of a Voucher damaged or lost in transit.
  13. The Promoter will not be responsible for any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information communicated in the course of, or in connection with, this Offer if the deficiency is occasioned by any cause outside the reasonable control of the Promoter including but without limitation technical malfunctions or failures.
  14. The Promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of Voucher claims and barcodes, and to disqualify any Claimant for tampering with the Offer process, submitting a Voucher claim which is not in accordance with these Conditions of Offer, or if the Claimant is engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Offer. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved. Any Voucher claim made with stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with barcodes will be deemed void. Vouchers will only be provided where barcodes used to claim the Voucher fulfil all of the requirements of the Promoter's verification tests and procedures. The verification tests and procedures shall be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
  15. If any act or omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Conditions of Offer, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation and the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Offer and/or if necessary to provide an alternative voucher to the same value as an original Voucher.
  16. All Voucher claims become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter requires a Claimant's personal information in order to conduct the Offer and issue a Voucher. If Claimants do not provide the mandatory personal information requested then they may not be able to take part in the Offer. By participating in this Offer, each Claimant is taken to consent to the Promoter using the Claimant's personal information to administer the Offer and disclosing the Claimant's personal information to organisations that assist the Promoter with administering the Offer, and to third parties as required by law. The Promoter is bound by the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). A Claimant can gain access to, update or correct any personal information held by the Promoter by contacting the Privacy Offer on: 1800 224 332. All personal information will be stored at the office of the Promoter. A copy of the Promoter's Privacy Policy in relation to the treatment of personal information collected may be obtained by contacting the Promoter.
